Respect for Diversity and Equity
Our anti-discrimination policy is grounded in absolute respect for diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, nationality, age, theological denominational convictions, or physical disabilities. We promote an inclusive pedagogical environment that celebrates and values the uniqueness of each member of the UniChristian community, ensuring equitable access to learning.
Combating Hazing and Zero Tolerance
Even operating entirely through a remote environment and advanced digital platforms, we strictly reject and prohibit acts of academic hazing, systematic intimidation, or conduct that exposes students or staff to humiliation, embarrassment, or situations of psychological vulnerability. We establish severe disciplinary guidelines to strictly punish any violation of this ethical commitment.
Independent Reporting Channels and Sanctions
We provide an independent, confidential, and secure reporting channel, investigating any report received with absolute seriousness and impartiality. All staff have the co-responsibility to ensure a work environment free of prejudice. The proven infraction of these ethical rules subjects those involved to sanctions ranging from temporary suspension of academic activities of up to 10 days to permanent dismissal from the university.
